If you travel soon (less than 2 weeks), we do suggest to use Free shipping and to set your delivery address to your first destination in Europe, this allow you to get the order on your arrival and bypass the posible delay due to custom into your own country as well as to avoid to pay the expedited shipping cost, your order directly to your destination within Europe.
We can send it to Hotel AirBnB, Friends, Family or to be pickup at the nearest local post office from where you are staying, in all case add the name of the receiver if is not you.

What ever your shipping option, your order are shipped from our warehouse within 48 hours.
Shipping Options:
A. 15 business days Free shipping Worldwide through DHL Global delivery.
B. 3 business days Premium shipping by DHL Express Worldwide services, multiple order can be shipped together, to require premium shipping please contact us.
The Eurail Roaming SIM Card are not shipped or linked with your Eurail or Interail Pass and cannot be pick-up at the train station.
The free shipping option are estimated delay usually 6 to 8 days to Europe/US and 12 to 15 days for the rest of the World.
Please be sure to order according to your travel plans, if you are worry about delay we suggest to select the DHL expedited on the order form.

Yes, this is possible. If you send your order to a friend or family member, be sure to put their name and address on the order form under "Shipping to different address".

In that case you can select the option "Ship to different address" and we will ship for free to your next address location, hotel, friends, post office or DHL office, this will ensure you get it wherever your are.

DHL expedited provide live tracking of your order, the free DHL Global shipping do not allow you to track your order once shipped. Shipment and order follow-up are available from your member's area.

The Daily Fixed Cost is activated directly from your device by dialling the corresponding code specified in your member area, from 1.50{{getCurrency()}} per day the cost is debited from your account credit.
You will be advised when you reach 75 % of your allowance.
The Daily Fixed Cost Bundle will start automatically each day with a new allowance until you cancel it by sending a short code from your device or from your member area. The non used MB from the past day are lost and will no be cumulated.

When you reach you Daily allowance the speed will be dropped to 56Kb, that allow you to still using the low usage app like chat application WhatsApp, Messenger,etc... if you need more speed for the rest of the day just cancel your current daily subscription and restart a new one, then you will be allowed to use the full allowance for the next 24 hours... and so on.

2. Countries within the Daily Fixed cost allowance of 50 MB per Day are:
Cyprus, Canada, Mexico, Panama, Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colobia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Peru, Urugay, Venezuela, Azerbadjan, China, India, Uzbekistan.

When you recharge you can get up to 20% extra credit depending on the amount you recharge, this will reduce your Daily Fixed cost down to 1.50 {{getCurrency()}} per day, or even less depends on the running promotion at that time.

You can check your credit at any time by dialing 187# from your mobile or from your member's area.

Your credit is valid for a period of 365 days, each recharge extend the available credit for a period of 365 days.

You can easily access your member area from your mobile or any device using your credential, “User name” and “Password”.

In case you lost or forgotten your credential, you can visit the Members Area Log-in page and follow the “Forgot your password” or “Forgot your login”, you'll be able to get back your information via the e-mail with which you registered.

Your Member area allows you to view your available credit, your account information, your usage details and history, top up your account and configure your Eurail Roaming SIM card, services and alerts. You will also have access to rates and the Extended User Guide.
